Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products I sell, returns are not accepted.

You can email admin@bottleofbac.com before your order ships if you’d like to cancel, after your order ships, all sales are final.

Customer Limits

Bacteriostatic water is available for purchase at a low price, shipped quickly, as a service to the community. This is not a profit seeking endeavor, and as such, I ask that you limit your orders to no more than quarterly. Depending on current stock status, orders made more frequently than this may be cancelled at my sole discretion. Thanks!

Payments

Payment methods currently available are, credit card, and crypto. Crypto orders whose payments have not been finalized within two hours will be automatically cancelled.
